Masterplan of the Středoškolská location

The area defined by Středoškolská Street and U Studia in the Ostrava-Jih city district is an important development site. The urban plan intends to use it for housing construction and the city district plans to list it for sale. To choose the most suitable development proposal, we set clear conditions and arranged for a masterplan to be created. It defines the areas for development, the maximum height of buildings, and the character of the greenery and public space.

 

In May 2021 UYO architects studio won the tender. The masterplan was completed in August 2021 and handed over to representatives of the Ostrava-Jih city district.
